cute little beach apartment on the south end near the Oceanic. Nothing fancy, but great location. Short walk to sound and ocean. Surfers--great break at Crystal. Soon to be installed time warner digital cable and high speed internet. I'm waiting on a roommate before I purchase it. Apartment is the bottom floor of 2 story house. Top floor has separate entrance and the tenants are great.
