I'm looking to rent one of my four bedrooms in my home. I am already renting one bedroom to a friend so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. My house is very nice and clean, everything is furnished and available for use except you will need your own bedroom furniture. We are both very nice and respectful. I do have a dog but she is usually well behaved and quiet except when strangers come to the door she does bark as a guard dog.
