I live in a townhouse in Marion on the outskirts of town. It has a finished basement with a living oversized living room and one bedroom and one non conforming bedroom with full bathroom. Only 1 year old. Upstairs is open plan with big kitchen area as well. I do travel for work so I’m not home all the time. Looking for someone responsible and a non smoker.
