A large room in my house upstairs with full bathroom in hall. My husband and I are trying to rent one of the rooms up there. We have a dog and 3 cats. Our last roomie had a promotion that took him far away :( he had been renting from us for 4yrs. It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Huge yard, firepit, gardens, lots of seating out back, grow all our own produce. The fullsize garage fridge is all yours and we are super nerds. Fandoms of many haha. We both work fulltime day jobs.
