Nice quiet neighborhood, a few blocks from Old Town Orange, mall and freeways right around the corner, Chapman University also walking distance... available with full size bed and TV if needed, bathroom is shared with a male roommate, but also has option of being own bathroom. We are quiet, laid back people, who like to just hang out at home and relax. Do have an inside dog who is very loving and friendly, as well as a 5 year old kid in the house 50% of the time.
