There is a sun room with 3 skylights with large windows for reading or relaxing. It is Technically located in Newburgh, but is only a couple of minutes for Green River Road. The only furniture you will needs is for your bedroom. I have 2 small dogs that are well behaved and house trained. If you are a dog person - you will love them.
