I have a room available in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The bedroom has a futon and bookshelves in it now, but they can be removed if you wish. You would have your own bathroom. You have your own parking spot. Rent is $500/mo + 1/2 utilities. The condo is just 2 blocks from downtown and 1 block from North Campus which makes it very convenient for UGA students. I prefer to live with non party animals.
