We are in search of a fourth roommate for our updated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. You can see UW Platteville's campus from the house! New hardwood floors, new bathrooms as of 2019, updated kitchen, central air conditioning, freshly painted interior. The three of us will be seniors for the 2020-2021 school year and the lease would be from June 1 2020-May 31 2021. You will not find a nicer, closer to campus house for the money. Rent is $375 and renters divide all utilities.
