I'm about to rent a three-bedroom house with a backyard and garage in the West End. It's super nice! I will be away most of the time-- from May to September, and end of November to mid-January. You will have the whole house to yourself most of the time and only have to pay 1000 + whatever bills there might be. I can even help you if you can't pay it. I'm super friendly, respectful, clean, and fun (I like to think). I like jogging, going to the gym, swimming, reading, and most of traveling.
