2 Bedroom with converted Garage. I have 3 children who do not live with me, they are 13, 15, 17 and they visit for 48 hours every other weekend (infrequent). I am rarely ever home, own a restaurant in Bolivar. House is on Propane in the winter houses uses propane for heat. In the summer, hot water only. Very inexpensive, especially in summer. Heat and Central Air is electric.
