Hello, I rent a half double me and son. There are potentially two extra bedrooms, one bedroom is upstairs and has three beds in it but the extra two can be taken apart and stored, theres lock on door, the other is the biggest room in the house, it has a locked door and its own entrance. Depending on room rented the rent could be different. Its in my lease that if anyone else joins the lease they pay $300.00/mo to the Landlady. Rent can potentially be adjusted on September 1st when lease ends
