Nice yard and dock with lift on a canal. Less than a mile by
water to Perdido Pass and access to Gulf. Entire house raised
on stilts with concrete slab under house for shop projects/
parking. Mostly summer homes in this area with an emphasis
on boating and fishing. Bring your boat! I'm a boatbuilder/
designer and work half a block away.
