Ideal for a single Parent with one child or two. But very roomy for one or two Adults. all new furnishings. Linens for both room and bath. Over 1800 sq. of Heated Storage. House comes with lawn an garden man and Once A month cleaning girl. Rent can be reduced by extra household and or lawn help.

I have had roomate situations in the past and they have all worked out. most of wich have become my close friends. I currently live near campus and could stay where I am if need so..... however my current roomate dosnt share my expectations when it comes to privacy. I am a fun easy going guy. I am easy to live with and I always respect my roomates.
