Lower level gas fireplace. Quiet friendly neighbors. We have a Maltese dog & 2 parakeets. 3 BRs on the main level & a full bath, LR, DR & kitchen. Deck off DR. Finished LL w/a 1/2 bath & a large room that couldbe used as a BR. A spot in the large tuck-under garage is negotiable. Parking in driveway is OK.
