Hi! I’m shay, my boyfriend and i are looking for a room. We are college students who get financial aid, I personally get SSI and other state funding. We have a cat who’s too scared to really leave us or our room, a small dog who’s house trained (no really lol) we are good roommates, but the last two places we have lived sold the house!! A one story 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house located in Rosamond, 10-15minutes drive to Edwards Afb and 10-15minutes drive to Lancaster. The room for rent is unfurnished private with shared bathrooms. All utilities paid including TV Cable and WIFI, $500/month for single and $600/month for couple. Deposit is equal to one month rent. There is $35 aplication fee for each person. Outside smoker and no pets allowed. Move in ready.
