A really nice and quiet place to live. Very good community. A large backyard, pool in the backyard which gets opened in the summer. Very clean, and nice people to live with.

Great two bedroom with large living and dining rooms. Nice kitchen. Rent $350 a month and you'd be living and sharing rent with 20/F. Relaxed atmosphere, and safe area. No deposit needed move in as soon as you'd like.

You would have a large bedrm (drapes on both windows), shared bathrm down the hall, your own family room on another floor. Cable & phone jacks in both rooms. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, outside deck. I'm rarely home so I would be more of an absentee roommate! Have one roommate now (female, straight, 25), but house is so big, need a 2nd one to help share the load. About 7 minutes from Christiana Mall, near Governors Square & Eden Square. Hope to hear from ya!
