cpdamico   It is a well kept 2 story; 2 bedroom townhouse. Everything in the townhouse is furnished excpet the room that is for rent. The rent is individually heated with floorboard heat (so each room is seperately controlled). $300 plus deposit includes Rent plus all utilities, Cable, and wireless internet access.

Pet Friendly. Dogs allowed under 14 inches. Security Deposit = $400 Monthly Rent = $400 Utilities = Included (within reason) Pet = One time $100, plus any fee for damages caused by said pet exceeding the $100. 6 month lease. Exceptions made for students.
